Dear readers,

Following the requests of our readers, PowerPlant Chemistry established a special Discussion Board in September 2004. Here, general discussion of all power plant chemistry-related topics was planned. For a time, the discussion board worked very well. Later, however, more and more spam-like contributions with links to untrustable websites infiltrated the Board.

We have frequently tried to purge the Board – unfortunately, some minutes or hours later new undesirable contributions have always appeared. Finally, contributions with links to porn websites and contributions with typical "pharmaceutical" contents have contaminated the Board.

PowerPlant Chemistry GmbH and I as the president of the company are responsible for all contents placed on our Website. Since we have not been able to master the situation, we have temporarily closed the Discussion Board. We will try to find a simple system to eliminate this misuse of the Board. If these efforts are not successful, the Discussion Board will be permanently removed from our Homepage.
